Photodiode with fiber optic pigtail
High-speed >5GHz analog InGaAs PIN photodiode with single mode fiber pigtail and optional FC/ST/SC/LC connectors. Provides high responsivity, low dark current, and excellent linearity for CATV and broadband analog fiber optic networks. 5 Gb/s at both 130nm and 1550nm wavelength. The PIN chip has photosensitivity area diameter of 50um. The FCI-InGaAs-XX-XX-XX with active area of 75um and 120um are part of OSI Optoelectronics's family of high speed IR sensitive detectors with fiber pigtail package. The single/multi-mode fiber is optically aligned to either the hermetically sealed InGaAs diode in TO-46 lens cap package enhancing. Our range of photodiodes and receivers in fibre optic casing includes Si-based, GaAs-based and InGaAs-based photodiodes. A range of pigtail casings are available as standard.
